About Us
Mission
Our mission is to foster leaders that will build a safer kink and leather community.
Vision
We believe that advocacy is a critical part of being in the kink and leather community. Whether that be by giving everyone a voice, actively participating in social justice, and/or being a liaison between the community, Chicago Leather Ambassador serves as an organization that fosters positive change for our community.
We share a vision of creating a sustainable community for kink and leather. History has shown that community is grown by sharing wisdom/knowledge, communicating, and leadership. Chicago Leather Ambassador aims to create a closer community that stands the test of time.
We are committed to embracing all members of our community. Working together requires radical empathy for each other. Chicago Leather Ambassador strives to create a community that values all members of our family.
Values
Community Service
Growing the community requires getting involved in it. This can look like anything, so long as there is an aim for positive change.
Accountability
We are all responsible for making our spaces safe through active participation and curiosity.

Understanding and respecting every person’s journey takes concerted effort and is key to community growth.
