Joint Statement Regarding “CHICAGO LEATHER AMBASSADOR”

“George White, on the one hand, and Joseph Marnen and Chicago Rubber Club, NFP, on the other hand (together, the “Parties”), announce that they have reached an amicable resolution of their dispute regarding the ownership and use of the

“CHICAGO LEATHER AMBASSADOR”
name and related trademark rights.

As part of this private resolution, the Parties have agreed to dismiss all claims between them relating to this matter and to move forward without further litigation. No party has admitted any liability or wrongdoing, and the Parties have resolved their differences solely to avoid the time, expense, and uncertainty of continued proceedings.

The Parties will have no further comment beyond this Joint Statement.”
